Main function as Marketing Executive includes servicing existing corporate clients insurance needs and develop a new clientele on corporate business.

- Internal Servicing roles and responsibility by looking after all existing corporate clients insurance needs which include all related marketing activities from coverage review, policies renewal & attend to all their concern and queries.
- Solicit new potential customer via preparing quotation, securing appointment, submit quotation, effectively respond to client request and other necessary action in securing new business quotations.
- Monitor and coordinate PIAM survey requirement for Special, Self- Rating Risk and Risk improvement survey (full/follow-up) for Large and Specialize Risk.
- Maintaining good rapport and high service standard to all clients at all time.
- Issue e-cover note for clients, ensure all Re Insurance/ Co insurance are held covered and all policies are booked into system on time.
- Responsible in assisting the department in achieving the Budget and Targeted Goal
- Responsible to comply with Rules and Regulations set by Company, Insurance Authorities and Bank Negara and oversee and monitor management of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism Compliance activities and education programme.
- Responsible on the Aging, credit control and all activities related to premium collection and to ensure all client files/ correspondent/ records are well filed and proper documentation.
- Monitor and control closely all referral / decline/ exceeding GBD risks acceptance authority and seek approval in advance to meet underwriting or WAST Treaty requirement.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Knowledge of insurance product
