JOB (BRIEF DESCRIPTION)

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand, Integrated & Co-Marketing, this position is responsible for the assisting in the planning and execution of integrated campaigns; driving brand awareness, product education and new consumer acquisition. This role supports both online and offline marketing and requires a high degree of entrepreneurial/self-started spirit, a passion for brand building, portfolio growth and customer engagement. You must demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the convergence of ATL, BTL, digital and social media marketing and how to get users to engage with content and bolster the overarching brand initiatives and goals.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  •  Facilitate, create and produce interactive, internal & external-facing content across all digital and social mediums with strong narratives that drives growth on organic and paid performance marketing via owned, paid and earned channels.
  • Work with public relations, advertising and social media teams to determine what content is needed to target various customer and audience personas.
  • Create reports to understand ROI performance of campaigns through the use of Analytics tools and continually optimize campaigns
  • Develop, execute, measure and optimize digital advertising, e-mail marketing and social media campaigns that stimulate traffic, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions
  • Track marketing performance metrics, including lead conversion and ROI of marketing programs.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Responsible for all facets of multi-media planning such as campaign build out and scheduling, SEM campaigns, creative execution, website performance, on-property digital deployment scheduling.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of budgets, project tracking and follow up.
  • Work proactively with the creative team, agencies and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal solutions for new and existing digital concepts and strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive collaboration of marketing programs. Effectively and proactively communicate with departments and vendors.
  • Ensure deadline dates are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned & assisting other team members as and when needed.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification
  • Minimum of 3-4 years Marketing/Advertising experience, specializing in digital marketing and/or social media marketing
Experience
  •  Experience managing multiple projects with flawless execution.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM knowledge and Tag Manager is a plus
  • Experience in content management system (CMS) is a plus
