Responsibility:
- Run the batch job base on the schedule base shift schedule including all 3rd parties integration.
- Assist user on report, letter and others wherever possible (i.e. help to copy the letter pdf for reprint upon the request from users)
- Understand the current system (i.e. Integral, FLASH and etc.) and provide the 1st level support to users and liaise with vendor to resolve the issue if required.
- Going through the ticket raised in the defect management tools and route the ticket to respective party
- Writing some program to improvise/simplified the support activities wherever possible
- Escalate to Production Support Manager for any critical/ urgent issue.
- Distribute the report/letters to respective users/branches.
- Do regular health check on the servers and provide the reports to management on the server and etc.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 to 3 year(s) working experience in production support role
- Preferable to have experience and knowledge in Insurance
- Committed, able to work independently and under pressure
- Some programming skill will be an added advantages
- Willing to work on shift (i.e. Shirt 1 – 7:30am to 4:30pm, Shift 2 – 1:00pm to 10:00pm)
