Servicing, visiting, and recruiting agents. To solve agents’ problem and to ensure budget, collection is meet. Prepare monthly report and to ensure reports are submitted to superior before dateline

Responsibilities:
  • Roll out campaign to Agents
  • Participate in recruitment to Agents
  • Engage in one-on-one/small group sessions with Agents
  • Train agents in products, systems and branch processes
  • Segment agent base for training to provide to Branch Manager
  • Conduct relationship management external visit to Agents
  • Support other marketers Agents if assigned marketer is unavailable
  • Participate in campaign tracking/campaign monitoring/post-mortem reviews (branch and/or company level)
  • Activity review agent portfolios and performance
  • Conduct agent performance analysis
  • To assist Branch Manager in business development & growth
  • Creation of sales planning/activity reports for production and sales targets to Branch Manager
  • Handling of direct accounts
  • Follow-up on renewals after distribution by New Business Support
  • Provide servicing and problem solving to Agents for new business and renewal issue
  • Provide 1st line underwriting/quotation/indicative rate for simple cases
  • Conduct site/risk surveys
  • Follow up on outstanding documents after Business Support chase
  • Follow-up on CBC & premium warranty after initial chase
  • One-to-one coaching session with Branch Manager
  • Attend internal/external BSIB trainings
  • Demonstrate BSIB value


Requirement:
  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communication – Public Relations or relevant fields
  • Working experience in general insurance is added advantage
  • Able to do multitasking, assist in any immediate task and able to handle work pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
