The role of this position involves maintaining and developing new and profitable business, grow core business in line with Banca strategy, ensure high renewal retention and servicing with CIMB and its strategic partners and customers.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Support Immediate Supervisor to lead and motivate Banca Team to achieve growth, profitability and retention target
  • Develop new products & marketing tool for various bank distribution channel
  • Participate in defining consumer product distribution channel need and emerging opportunities
  • Participate in defining target segments and strategies for insurance products
  • Propose development of new products for CIMB Consumer Banking, when need arises
  • Strategic planning, marketing and business development for Telemarketing, Digital and alternate Channel
  • Rapport building with bank partners
  • Comply with guidelines set by company and regulatory bodies e.g. PIAM, BNM
  • Undertake assignment/tasks as assigned by HOD, Management & Immediate Supervisor
  • Provide high quality claims service to CIMB in liaison with Claim Department

JOB SPECIFICATION
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Knowledge of insurance product
  • Possess good presentation skills

  • IT Literate
