In our continuous effort to strengthen our partnership with CIMB Bank, our bancassurance team had some fun in the sun at a 2-day offsite workshop with CIMB Bank’s Commercial Banking division in Penang last week.  The workshop was held from 7 to 8 December 2018 at DoubleTree Hilton, Penang and gave the participants a chance to bond and instill the spirit of camaraderie amongst them. 

A total of 74 participants joined the event and worked together in exciting team building activities to break the ice between the staff of the two organisations. The group also discussed current challenges they were facing and exchanged ideas and best practices on how to tackle such obstacles and further improve their performance and conversion rates. 

There was also a performance review for 2018, and the top performers were rewarded with amazing incentives for their relentless efforts throughout the year.  The workshop also laid out plans and targets for the coming year, and all of the participants left enthusiastic and look forward to the upcoming successes of 2019!
