Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad – Petaling Jaya Branch Opening
Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (Berjaya Sompo), one of the leading general insurance companies in Malaysia announced the opening of their new branch office in Petaling Jaya today. The opening ceremony was officiated by Dato’ Patrick Loh, Executive Director; Mr Futoshi Hanahara, Deputy CEO; and Stuart Chua, Chief Distribution Officer of the Company.
“The new branch office is strategically situated at 94B, Jalan SS21/62, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, providing easy access and convenience to both clients and agents in Klang Valley. Our Branch Manager, Carol Low together with her 2 dedicated and experienced staff serve close to 350 policyholders along with 20 agents and 2 financial advisers at this new branch” said Mr Futoshi Hanahara, Deputy CEO of Berjaya Sompo. The population in this area has close to 142,000 residents and opening the Petaling Jaya branch is in line with Berjaya Sompo ’s plans to expand their presence and business operations in Klang Valley.
Also present at the ceremony were; Cecilia Chia, Regional Head; Carol Low, Branch Head; and Wong Wai Kit, Head of Human Resources.
