1.About the CIMB Classic
Co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour and Professional Golf Association of Malaysia, the CIMB Classic features a limited field of 78 players comprising of the top 60 available players from the 2017-2018 FedExCup points list, the top-10 available players from the Asian Tour Habitat for Humanity standing and eight sponsor exemptions, which include the two spots for Malaysian golfers via the CIMB National Championship and Official Golf Ranking.
