Permanent Disablement
| Total and irrecoverable loss of all sight in both eyes | 100% |
| Total loss by physical severance at or above the wrist or ankle of both hands or both feet or of one hand together with one foot | 100% |
| Total loss by physical severance at or above the wrist or ankle of one hand or one foot together with the total and irrecoverable loss of all sight in one eye | 100% |
| Total paralysis | 100% |
| Total and irrecoverable loss of all sight in one eye | 50% |
| Total loss by physical severance at or above the wrist or ankle of one hand or one foot | 50% |
The aggregate of all percentages payable under Benefit 2 in respect of any one accident and/or any period of insurance shall not exceed 100%.
Medical Expenses
Reimburse actual cost of medical including fee of trained nurses and hospitalization in respect of any one accident.
Hospital Income
A daily cash allowance is payable from the second day of hospital confinement up to a maximum of 150 days per year.
Surgeon Expenses
Reimburse cost of surgical operation incurred in respect of any one accident.
Burial or cremation allowance
Pay a fixed allowance in the event of death of the insured person.
