Berjaya Sompo’s new office in Alor Setar to provide greater support to our customers and the local business community.

Our Alor Setar branch recently relocated to a new location to cater for the business growth in this city and to serve our customers better. Berjaya Sompo Insurance’s(Berjaya Sompo) CEO, Mr Tan Sek Kee was present along with Regional Head, Zandra Ng and Branch Managers from Northern Region.

“The new branch office is strategically situated at 3A & B, Kompleks Perniagaan Gunung Inas, Lebuhraya Sultanah Bahiyah Alor Setar, providing easy access and convenience to both customers and agents in Alor Setar. Branch Manager, Saw Lee Sun together with her 9 dedicated, experienced staff and 111 agents will serve customers both here and Perlis with a total population size of close to 2.2 million ” said Mr Tan Sek Kee, CEO of Berjaya Sompo. This office relocation is in tandem with Berjaya Sompo’s plans to expand their presence and business operations in the northern region.

On another note, we have also announced today that in conjunction with the upcoming General Elections (GE14), customers can change their travel dates for their travel insurance or cancel their travel insurance with full refund. This applies only to Malaysians whose travel dates fall on 8-10 May, 2018. All cancellation requests or change of travel dates must be made before 3 May 2018.
