Don’t panic, stay calm. Here's what you should prioritise doing:
 

1. If you are at home, turn off the main switch to prevent a short circuit and get to higher ground if sharp objects are floating around.
2. If floodwaters rise around your car, abandon your car and move to higher ground if you can do so safely. Don’t drive into a flooded area as you and your car can be swept away. The same goes for your motorcycle if you are unable to bring it to higher ground.
