E-hailing Add-On
Is your private car used for e-hailing services? And do you know that your conventional car insurance does not provide coverage for e-hailing services?
This is because vehicles used for e-hailing are considered public services vehicle in Malaysia and the conventional car insurance only provides coverage for private car usage. With the new e-hailing regulation, with effect from 12 July 2019 all vehicles used for e-hailing services is required to have e-hailing insurance.
