- Notify Us via MySOMPO app / our website or reach out to your agent immediately.
- Call Bomba (for fire loss).
- Take photo / video of damage items.
- Take all reasonable steps to minimize the extent of the loss or damage.
- Do not admit liability, negotiate or offer compensation to any third party.
- Submit the required documents to Us / Agent / Adjuster.

Houseowners / Householders Claims
Required Documents:
- Completed Claim Form.
- Police report in the event of theft or Vandalism
- Fire brigade report in the event of a fire.
- Photographs depicting the damaged items or location of loss e.g. theft.
- Quotations / invoices on the cost of repairs / replacement.
- Historical purchase invoices (for jewellery & luxury item original copy is required)
- All other information and documentary evidence as the We / appointed adjusters may require other than the above.
