- Notify Us via MySOMPO / our Website or your Agent immediately.
- Make a Police Report.
- Call Bomba (for fire loss).
- For injury cases, immediately seek medical treatment from a qualified medical doctor or hospital.
- Take all reasonable steps to minimise the extent of the loss or damage.
- Give immediate notice of claim to the party responsible for the loss / damage.
- Do not admit liability, negotiate or offer compensation without to any third party.
- Submit all required documents to Us / Agent / Adjuster.

Public Liability Claims
Required Documents:
- Completed Claim Form.
- Police report.
- Internal investigation report on full circumstances and cause.
- Summons / letter of demand filed against You.
- For Injury Claims, medical report, original medical bills and receipts.
- For Death Claims, death certificate, post-mortem report and/or burial permit.
- For Property damage Claims, take photo / video of damaged items and quotations on estimated cost of repairs.
- All other information and documents required by Us / adjusters / solicitors.
Product Liability Claims
Required Documents:
- Completed Claim Form.
- Internal report on full circumstances and cause.
- Summons / letter of demand filed against You.
- All other information and documents required by Us / adjusters / solicitors.
Employer's Liability Claims
Required Documents:
- Completed Claim Form.
- Internal report on full circumstances and cause.
- Police report.
- Summon / letter of demand filed against You.
- Employment documents.
- For Injury Claims, medical report, original medical bills and receipts.
- For Death Claims, death certificate, post-mortem report and/or burial permit.
- All other information and documents required by Us / adjusters / solicitors.
