Whistle Blowing Policy
Introduction
Whistleblower Protection Policy (“Policy”) is aimed to provide an avenue for all employees and external parties (e.g. intermediaries, customers, vendors / suppliers, consultants) to disclose any improper conduct (as defined under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010) committed or about to be committed to those in authority.
Objectives
Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (“BSIB”) is committed:
- To the highest possible standards of openness, probity and accountability.
- To ensure protection to the Whistleblower.
Who can raise concerns?
In line with that commitment, employees and/or external parties and/or any other parties with a business relationship with the company can raise concerns about actual or suspected wrongdoings including but not limited to corruption, fraud, theft, abuse of power or authority or conduct which is an offence or breach of law by contacting:
