- Call Bomba (for fire loss).
- Take photo / video of damage items.
- Take all reasonable steps to minimise the extent of the loss or damage.
- Do not admit liability, negotiate or offer compensation to any third party.
- Submit the required documents to Us / Agent / Adjuster.

- Medical Report on injury sustained

- Specialist Report on permanent disability
