Worldwide Coverage
24-hour worldwide coverage is provided throughout the policy period, subject to policy terms and conditions.
Please note that for travel or residence outside Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Thailand exceeding 90 consecutive days, only Death or Permanent Disablement benefits apply.
Spouse and Children
Coverage is extended to the insured employee’s legal spouse and children during company-organised events such as:
- Family days
- Team building activities
- Annual dinners
- Company retreats
Coverage applies for up to five (5) days per event, subject to policy limits.
Business Continuity Support
In the event of accidental death or permanent total disablement of an employee, the policy provides reimbursement for replacement staff or recruitment costs to help businesses continue operations.

This policy does not cover:
- Pre-existing medical conditions
- Suicide or self-inflicted injuries
- Influence of alcohol or drugs
- Extreme sports and hazardous activities
- War-related risks

Claims Notification
Written notice of claim must be submitted within 30 days from the date of occurrence. Claims can be submitted through:

Annual Renewable Policy
The coverage period is one (1) year and renewable annually. Premiums may vary depending on:
