I am an existing MySOMPO app user. Do I need to register for SOMPO reach?
No need. If you are already a MySOMPO app user, you can simply log in to SOMPO Reach using your registered mobile number and password.
I am not a registered MySOMPO app user, but I have a SOMPO Reach account. Do I need to register again to access MySOMPO?
No registration is required. Simply download the MySOMPO app and activate your account by resetting your password using your mobile number registered with SOMPO Reach.
I used to log in to SOMPO Reach using my email address, but it no longer works. Why?
With the new Unified Access Experience, login has been standardised. You will now need to log in using your registered mobile number and password instead of your email address.
Can I access MySOMPO through the SOMPO Reach?
No. MySOMPO is a mobile app that needs to be downloaded independently.
Can I access SOMPO Reach via the MySOMPO app?
